1) Overview
Stainless steel seamless precision tubes manufactured by cold drawing/rolling with solution treatment (BA/MA). Dedicated to small OD, thin wall, and tight tolerances. They deliver superior dimensional accuracy, high cleanliness inside/outside, excellent concentricity and straightness, and ultra-low leak rates—ideal for instrumentation, automotive & NEV, medical devices, pneumatic/hydraulic micro-lines, and semiconductor/analytical equipment.

2) Key Features
    •Tight tolerances: OD/WT/ID to project specs (typical OD tolerance down to ±0.02–0.05 mm).
    •Clean & smooth: BA finish and EP available; inner roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm (EP).
    •Concentric & straight: Typical straightness ≤ 0.15 mm/m.
    •Leak-tight: 100% eddy current and/or leak testing; helium leak testing on request.
    •Degreased/oil-free: Cleaned and clean-room packaging for analytical/semiconductor lines.
    •Custom options: Cut-to-length, end finishing (chamfer/flaring), bundle or coil supply.

    •ASTM A269, ASTM A632 (small-diameter austenitic stainless precision tubes)
    •ASTM A213 (high-temperature heat exchanger/boiler tubes, adapted to precision tolerance)
    •EN 10216-5 (TC1/TC2) (seamless stainless tubes, supplied with precision tolerance)
    •GB/T 13296, GB/T 14976 (seamless stainless tubes, precision-grade supply)

Note: For applications such as medical, analytical, or UHP gas lines, additional requirements (degreasing, EP, particle & residue limits) may be added.

    •OD: φ0.8–25.4 mm (other sizes on request)
    •WT: 0.05–2.0 mm (typical range, customizable per project)
    •Length: ≤ 6,000 mm fixed; coils (tens of meters/coil) available
    •Straightness: Typical ≤ 0.15 mm/m (tighter on request)
    •Ends: Plain, chamfered, deburred, flared, or expanded

    •Duplex: 2205 (on request)

Note: For nickel-based or special alloy precision tubes, separate project discussion required.

    •Surface: BA/EP/mechanical polishing (grit grades available)
