1) Overview
Stainless steel seamless pipes are produced by piercing hot rolling, hot extrusion, cold rolling/drawing, followed by solution annealing.
They feature high strength, corrosion resistance, high-temperature and high-pressure service capability, and are widely used in petrochemical, boilers & heat exchangers, nuclear, aerospace, food & pharmaceutical, and mechanical applications.
2) Manufacturing Process
    •Raw material: stainless steel billets
    •Piercing & hot rolling: forming hollow shells
    •Hot extrusion / cold rolling / cold drawing: achieving required size & thickness
    •Heat treatment: solution annealing (BA/MA condition)
    •Straightening & cutting: ensuring dimensional accuracy & surface quality
    •Final testing: eddy current, ultrasonic, chemical & mechanical tests
