Stainless Steel Cold Rolled Coils (CRC)
1) Overview
Stainless steel cold rolled coils (CRC) are produced from hot rolled coils (HRC) through pickling, cold rolling, annealing, and leveling.
They feature high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface finish, and stable mechanical properties, making them ideal for applications in appliances, kitchenware, construction, automotive, electronics, and medical devices where surface and precision are critical.
2) Manufacturing Process
• Raw material: hot rolled stainless steel coils (HRC)
• Pickling: removing oxide scale for clean surface
• Cold rolling: multi-pass rolling for precise thickness & flatness
• Annealing: continuous annealing / bright annealing (BA)
• Surface finishing: leveling, polishing, film coating
• Surface options: 2B, BA, NO.4, HL, Mirror 8K
