1. Upstream: Exploration & Production (E&P)   
The Challenge: Deep-well drilling exposes materials to extreme hydrostatic pressures and aggressive sour environments containing H₂S and CO₂, leading to catastrophic failures like Sulfide Stress Cracking (SSC) and Hydrogen-Induced Cracking (HIC).   
The Solution:   
* OCTG Excellence: We supply high-grade API 5CT Casing and Tubing, including C90 and T95 grades specifically heat-treated for sour service.   
* Corrosion Immunity: For highly corrosive reservoirs, our Metallic Composite Pipes (P25) feature a metallurgically bonded liner of Inconel 625 or 825 inside a high-strength carbon steel backing. This provides the corrosion resistance of superalloys at a fraction of the cost.

2. Midstream: Transmission & Storage   
The Challenge: Transporting oil and natural gas across continents requires pipelines that can withstand high internal pressures, ground movement, and external corrosion over thousands of kilometers.   
The Solution:   
* Pipeline Integrity: Tsisco provides large-diameter line pipes strictly adherent to API 5L (up to X80 grade) for onshore and offshore transmission. Our materials offer high toughness to prevent crack propagation and are available with anti-corrosion coatings (3LPE/3LPP).

3. Downstream: Refining & Petrochemicals   
The Challenge: Modern refineries and ethylene plants operate at the limits of material science. Ethylene crackers, for instance, subject radiant coils to extreme temperatures exceeding 1100°C, causing carburization and creep rupture.   
The Solution:   
* Extreme Heat Resistance: We deploy Centrifugally Cast Nickel Alloy Pipes (P03) specifically designed for radiant coils in cracker furnaces. These alloys resist carburization and maintain structural stability at ultra-high temperatures.   
* Process Reliability: For general refinery piping, our Refinery Steel (P31) portfolio covers chrome-moly steels resistant to high-temperature hydrogen attack and corrosion.

Technical Deep Dive & Quality Assurance   
Our commitment to safety is absolute. All materials intended for sour service are manufactured and tested in strict accordance with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standards.   
* Hardness Control: We strictly maintain hardness levels below HRC 22 to mitigate the risk of Sulfide Stress Cracking (SSC).   
* Rigorous Testing: Every batch undergoes HIC (Hydrogen Induced Cracking) and SSCC (Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking) testing to ensure long-term reliability in lethal service environments.
