1. For Rolling & Heavy Forging: The Heavyweights   
The Challenge: For rolling mills and open-die forgers, material defects such as segregation, porosity, or inclusions in the feedstock can lead to catastrophic cracking during processing or rejection of the final part.   
The Solution:   
* Continuous Casting Excellence: We supply Stainless Continuously Cast Slabs (P14) for hot rolling into plates and coils. Our slabs feature a fine equiaxed grain zone and strictly controlled surface quality to minimize grinding losses.   
* Forging Stock: For the production of flanges, valves, and heavy shafts, we offer Stainless Billets (P15) and larger Stainless Blooms (P39). These are available in square or round formats, free from internal cracks, ready for re-heating and hammering into complex shapes.

2. Wire Drawing & Machining: Efficiency in Processing   
The Challenge: In wire drawing, surface defects can cause wire breakage, halting production. In machining, drilling out solid bars to make rings or tubes is time-consuming and wasteful.   
The Solution:   
* Drawing Quality: Tsisco provides premium Stainless Wire Rods (P06). Produced with high-speed rolling technology, our rods offer excellent roundness and surface finish, serving as the perfect starting material for making fasteners, springs, and welding wires.   
* Machining Efficiency: Instead of drilling solid bars, we offer Stainless Hollow Bars (P10). These near-net-shape "tubes" serve as pre-bored machining stock for manufacturing annular components like seals, bushings, and connectors, significantly reducing tool wear and cycle time.

* Inclusion Management: Through strict tundish temperature control and electromagnetic stirring (EMS) during casting, we float out non-metallic inclusions. This results in "clean steel" that flows uniformly during forging and draws smoothly without breaking.
