1. Aggressive Acid Service: Defying Sulfuric & Phosphoric Corrosion
The Challenge: Inorganic acids like Sulfuric (H₂SO₄) and Phosphoric (H₃PO₄) acid cause rapid general corrosion and pitting in standard stainless steels, especially at high concentrations and temperatures.
The Solution:
* Super Austenitic Mastery: We deploy Super Austenitic Stainless Pipes (P26), specifically grades 904L (N08904) and 254SMO (S31254).
* Mechanism: With high levels of Nickel (25%) and Molybdenum (4.5-6.5%), these alloys offer a high Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN > 43), creating a stable passivation layer that resists chloride attacks and acid erosion.

2. Fertilizer Industry: Urea & Nitric Acid Grades

* Nitric Acid Service: We offer "Huey Test" certified materials optimized for oxidizing acid environments, ensuring longevity in nitric acid absorption towers.
