Plate & Structure (Raw Materials & Heavy Plate)
Strategic Overview:
This division provides the structural backbone for mega-projects. We bridge the gap between upstream raw materials and downstream heavy fabrication, ensuring traceability and structural reliability for massive static and dynamic loads.
Product Portfolio & Technical Specs:
• Raw Material Supply: Sourcing starts at the melt shop with SS Continuous Slabs, Cast Blooms, and Billets.
• Finished Flat Products: Heavy Thickness Plates, Stainless Flat Steel, and SS Hot Rolled Coils.
• Application Specifics: Shipbuilding Steel (Grades A-E, AH-EH) and Offshore Structural Steel designed for low-temperature toughness (-40°C impact test).
• Standards: Certified by major Class Societies (ABS, DNV, LR, BV) and conforming to EN 10025 / ASTM A36/A572.
Solving Key Pain Points:
• For Engineers (Safety): We combat Lamellar Tearing. Our heavy plates are available with guaranteed Z-direction properties, essential for welded structures in offshore platforms and bridges subjected to fatigue and high stress.
• For Procurement (Supply Stability): In a volatile steel market, our direct access to slabs and billets allows us to control the rolling schedule. This means we can secure allocation and competitive pricing for massive tonnage projects when spot markets are tight.
