1. The Critical Zone: High-Pressure SWRO (Reverse Osmosis)
The Challenge: In SWRO plants, high-pressure pumps and manifolds operate at pressures up to 70-80 bar with highly saline seawater. This combination creates an aggressively corrosive environment where standard 316L stainless steel often fails due to Pitting and Crevice Corrosion.
The Solution:
* Super Austenitic & Super Duplex: We supply Super Austenitic Stainless Pipes (P26) (such as 254SMO/904L) and Super Duplex (2507) materials.
* Performance: These alloys feature a Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) > 40, providing an impenetrable barrier against chlorides even in stagnant or high-velocity conditions.

2. The Economic Zone: Low-Pressure & Storage Lines
The Challenge: For product water lines, permeate storage, and low-pressure auxiliary systems, using Super Duplex is engineering overkill and financially inefficient. However, standard 304/316 grades still pose a risk of pitting over long periods.
The Solution:
* The Nickel-Free Alternative: Tsisco champions the use of Ultra-Pure Ferritic Stainless Pipe (P27), specifically Grade 444.
* Cost Efficiency: Being nickel-free, Grade 444 is immune to volatile nickel market prices, offering stable costing. technically, it offers pitting resistance superior to 316L, making it the perfect "Smart Engineering" choice for water storage and distribution.

3. Thermal Desalination: MSF & MED
The Challenge: In Multi-Stage Flash (MSF) and Multi-Effect Distillation (MED) plants, heat transfer efficiency and resistance to hot brine are paramount.
The Solution:
* The Marine Standard: We supply traditional Copper-Nickel Alloy Tubes (P19) (CuNi 90/10 and 70/30). These materials are legendary for their thermal conductivity and natural resistance to marine bio-fouling, essential for condenser tubes and heat exchangers.

* Standard Service: PREN > 24 (Grade 316L)
* Severe Service: PREN > 40 (Super Duplex 2507 / Super Austenitic P26).
